Operations & Logistics Leader

I help strengthen transport, distribution, fleet, warehouse, and last-mile operations that need tighter execution and clearer accountability.

I’ve spent 15+ years leading operations in environments where service, labor, safety, fleet, dispatch, and cost all have to work together. My background spans regional delivery networks, high-volume final-mile operations, manufacturing logistics, hub operations, and military transportation across the U.S., Europe, and South Korea.

What I do

I’m strongest in operations that need better control over the day-to-day work.

Companies usually bring me into environments where the operation is moving, but not moving well enough. The work often comes down to tightening execution across people, process, routes, fleet, carriers, and daily operating rhythm.

I steady operations that are too reactive.

When labor is drifting, service misses are climbing, or route and fleet performance are inconsistent, I bring more structure and clearer accountability to the operation.

I move performance in ways that hold.

I focus on the operating routines, metrics, follow-through, and leadership behaviors that create lasting improvements instead of short-term fixes.

I lead where pressure is normal.

My career has been built in environments where pace is high, margins matter, and weak execution shows up fast across safety, service, quality, and cost.

Scope

The size and complexity of the environments I’ve led.

6

locations across 4 states under regional delivery leadership

62

maximum direct reports managed at peak

200

indirect headcount managed across operations

$1.4M

wage budget under current regional responsibility

65+

delivery vans plus 5 DOT box trucks across fleet operations

96K

packages per day handled in large-scale final-mile operations

300+

routes supported in high-volume station environments

350–400K

square feet in the largest distribution environment I oversaw

Best fit

The environments where I add value fastest.

Transport and distribution networks that need stronger operating control
Fleet and last-mile environments where service, safety, route discipline, and cost all matter
Operations using third-party carriers or delivery partners that need tighter performance management
Multi-site networks that need better labor planning, KPI ownership, and daily accountability
Launch, ramp, or recovery environments where the operation has outgrown the current structure
Warehouse-linked logistics functions where execution directly affects customer outcomes

Selected impact

Results that explain the value.

171%

Safety improvement

I improved at-fault accident performance by 171% while miles driven increased 44.25%.

43%+

Labor cost control

I reduced overtime labor cost by more than 43% through tighter deployment, route coverage, and site discipline.

28.28%

Service performance

I improved on-time delivery year over year while raising regional reliability.

12

3PL oversight

I managed performance across 12 third-party delivery companies through reviews, metric analysis, and corrective action planning.

I took ownership of a multi-site last-mile operation across 6 locations and 4 states with responsibility for labor, routes, fleet, safety, service, and site-level execution. The work was not just to keep the network moving. It was to tighten how it ran.

I advanced through progressively larger roles across one of the most time-sensitive parts of the network, including site launches, labor planning, dispatch execution, concessions analysis, and third-party carrier performance.

I led logistics and distribution operations in a national beverage manufacturing environment with responsibility across shipping, procurement, finished goods, transportation spend, payroll, dock scheduling, and regulated compliance.

How I work

The things people tend to count on me for.

Follow-through

I do what I say I’m going to do, and I expect the same level of ownership throughout the operation.

Calm under pressure

I’m comfortable making real-time decisions when volume changes, the plan shifts, or the situation becomes urgent.

Adaptable leadership

I know not every person responds to the same style. I adjust how I lead so the message is actually received and executed.
